Our commitment is to our customers and their satisfaction. If you need to make a return for any reason, let us know and we will happily send a replacement.
We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our return policy is stated below.
Contact us for the address and an RMA number to return the merchandise for a replacement.
Also, please note, you will be responsible for return postage. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. The exception is if the product is determined to be damaged or defective.
We will issue a Merchandise Credit in the amount of the product sale (including sales tax, excluding shipping costs when incurred) when each of the following conditions has been met:
1. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase;
2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition. All tags must be attached;
3. Please enclose original packaging, a copy of invoice and a reason for return/exchange.
We will happily exchange a defective product for a new one, but we do have a no-refund policy on DVD media.
